Payment disputes must be submitted in writing within 2 days of the transaction.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Our refund and cancellation policy is specified on the relevant product or service page. No refunds are given for completed coaching services or downloadable products. Rescheduling is subject to availability and our discretion.
